5th July 2008: It's all over! Photos, photos, photos!

Is it already 5 weeks since our wedding day? It still feels like it was yesterday to us! We think it's safe to say the whole day was a great success and a truly memorable occasion, thanks of course to all our friends and family, the church and hotel staff and everyone else who helped make the day possible.

28th February 2008: Dietary requirements

A quick update from us as the big day approaches. Plans are coming along nicely; Jennifer has been fitted for her dress and chosen the table decorations. We've also recently chosen and sampled our wedding breakfast menu, which met with our approval!

This is the right time for guests to notify us if you have any particular dietary requirements. There will be a vegetarian option for the plant-eaters, and a children's menu too.

We will be updating this site again next week with more details of the gift list - I know one or two of you have already made enquiries. I have been busy playing with various kitchen design tools and you will soon see the fruits of my labours!

4th January 2008: Alternative hotel added

T minus 147 days and counting!

Details of another alternative hotel have been added to the Accommodation page (Best Western Hollin Hall, only 2 miles from the reception). Thank you to all our guests who have replied so far and well done if you snaffled a cheap room at Shrigley Hall!

16th December 2007: Wedding website launched

Welcome to our wedding website!

The plans and preparations for our big day are slowly coming together, and we thought it would be helpful to share some information on the arrangements with you, our guests.

On the site you will find details of the church and reception venues including directions to both. We realise many of you will be travelling some distance to be with us on the day, so we have provided some ideas for accommodation too.

To access the information, simply click on one of the menu options above. This page will be staying live right up to the date of the wedding and beyond, so you've no need to worry about losing any crucial details!
